TESTIMONIALS

What Families Are Saying

Before starting services, we felt unsure about how to help our child at home. Now, we see real progress every week — our child is communicating more, following directions, and participating in daily routines with less support. As parents, what we appreciate most is how involved we are in the process. The team is bilingual, which makes a huge difference for our family because we can fully understand and apply the strategies at home. They are always patient, respectful, and truly care about our child's growth. We feel supported, informed, and confident in the progress our child is making.

Parent

We are very grateful for the support our family has received. Our child has made meaningful progress in communication, daily routines, and following instructions. One of the things we appreciate the most is that the team is bilingual, which has made a big difference for our family. They take the time to explain everything in both English and Spanish, helping us feel comfortable and involved in the process. We have seen positive changes at home and school, and we truly feel supported every step of the way.

Parent

We appreciate the collaboration between the therapists and school staff. It has helped create consistency and improved our child's success across settings.

Parent

After the caregiver training, we started to feel more comfortable handling situations at home. Before, we weren't always sure what to do, but now we have simple strategies we can use during everyday routines. The team has been patient and realistic with us, which we really appreciate. It helps to feel like we're learning along the way and not expected to have everything figured out right away.
